Welcome to Relish Food Blog
My name is Francois, I’ve been a professional chef for over 20 years, and currently studying for a BA(Hons.) Culinary Arts degree in Cork Institute of Technology in Ireland. As part of our course we are doing a module in food blogging, e-profile and food photography.
My wife, two children and I live in the heart of Cork City, Ireland. I find that sustainability is a very important topic at the moment, especially surrounding food security and carbon footprint. This blog will hopefully touch on this subject by cooking food for my family with amazing produce sourced from local producers. I will also try to incorporate interesting news articles surrounding sustainability and healthy eating, whilst having a little fun along the way.
Also included will be some inspirational places that I have eaten in, with pictures of course!
Hopefully the blog will evolve over time and we can grow with our readers through regular interaction.
